Automatic Detection System for Food Allergies and Intolerances in Recipes

摘要

This paper has presented a collaborative multi-agent system composed by experts that represent different machine learning techniques, able to automatically detect food allergies in nutrients. Moreover, the system includes a decision-maker agent that collects different opinions from the experts and, finally, labels ingredients with their potential allergens. Furthermore, the daily task of feed is facilitated and re-educated helping the users (with some food allergy) to acquire new eating habits to follow a healthy diet.
