摘要

A mathematical model of CLA metabolism was established to study the regulation mechanism in CLA metabolic pathway. The simulation results indicate that if there was only t10c12-CLA pathway left in CLA metabolic pathway, the LA could completely be converted into t10c12-CLA within less than 6 h. In addition, the HY emzyme activity has a significant effect on the forming rate of t10c12-CLA.
