摘要

Firstly, the research status of Oil Field Mechanical Pumping was introduced, showing the weakness of beam-pumping unit. An original multistage assembled line motor was present in this literature. Secondly, the operating principle of assembled line motor was introduced. The electrical parameter of the line motor was designed, making the rated thrust be 18595Nm, while the control system was finished at that time. By using the finite element method (FEM), oil pressure, electromagnetic field and temperature field were simulated and analyzed. In this paper, the simulation and analysis will provide certain reference for the research of linear pump, especially for multi-section linear motor pumping unit.
