The online measurement device adopts the principle that the shaft section of two dimensional tooth profile of Joint Internal Thread was obtained with the passive contact method. And then the characteristic parameters will be calculated. Due to the Probe-radius, center of sphere cannot contact Internal Thread surface in the actual measurement process, which will lead to measurement error. The measurement error will increase with the increase of Probe-radius. Aiming at this problem, this paper carries out Two-dimensional modeling and analysis the measurement error results from the Probe-radius, and according to the actual measurement conditions, the maximum Proberadius in the measurement error allowable range is given
