Design and Development of SCORM-Based Mobile Learning System

摘要

In the information era, peoples learning needs and the pursuit of flexible and effective way to learn are become more and more intense. Therefore, the mobile learning which could fit the characteristic of anywhere at any time for learning will come into being. With the fast development of mobile communication technology and the mobile computing technology, as a mobile learning tool, the mobile phone has met all the conditions. In addition, the wide spread of phones and the upgrade of its own technology provide favorable conditions for developing mobile learning. The article references relatively mature standard of online learning resources construction-SCORM, and try to design the mobile learning resources, put forward the basic principles of designing and developing mobile learning resource must follow, and in the reference the ideas and methods of designing the network learning resource, presents the instructional design framework of SCORM-based mobile learning resources.
