To support the various services quickly and flexibly, intelligence and automation are the key characters for future network resource management. How to build a big data based Telco cloud resource management framework is very important currently, which can leverages the power of Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and enhances telecom operators' availability of service, efficiency of resource, and flexibility of applications. Telco Cloud Resource Management (TCRM) is a data-based framework to solve the problems when using virtualization in Telco cloud. There are four key components in TCRM framework: Cloud Modeling Language, Real-time Data Analysis and KPI Evaluation Tools, Algorithm Plugins, and Algorithm Scheduling Engine. Some use cases of TCRM framework are demonstrated to show the powerful ability to using real-time data analysis, including service aware resource management for vMOS and abnormal case detection and root cause analysis, which are described in Section 4 clearly.
