BRIGHTNESS TEMPERATURE CONTRASTS ESTIMATION OF THE HIGH ANDMIDDLE LEVEL CLOUDS IN SHORT MILLIMETER WAVES

摘要

High and middle level clouds play an important role in radiation balance of the Earth. They are the first what appears on a way of the radiation stream arriving from the Sun. Therefore they make a significant contribution in resulting radiation reaching the surface. On the other hand they shield the radiation reflected from a surface of the earth which creates some kind of a greenhouse effect.
