The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the emotional evaluation and luminance over the P300 compenent observed on EEG records. EEG recordings obtained from 13 healthy individuals were used in the study. Features were obtained using wigner ville distribution (WVD) of these records. According to `accuracy percentage' performance results that the analysis of the obtained features, 92.3% of individual's values in the feature vector obtained from EEG data base of neutral visual stimule in BRIGHT data group to be greater than the ORIGINAL data group were found. The results of studies on the subject of electrophysiology is considered an important parameter that can include methods such as luminance.
