Considering the terminal impact constraint problem, a novel sliding mode guidance law with no chatting is proposed to intercept high-speed maneuvering target. First, the super-twisting disturbance observer is designed to estimate the unknown target acceleration with a small observation error. Then, based on double power reaching law, a nonsingular terminal sliding mode guidance law is proposed, avoiding the singular problem of the traditional terminal sliding surface. Compared to the guidance law based on exponential reaching law, the proposed guidance law can guarantee the line-of-sight (LOS) angle converge to desired value rapidly in finite time, as well as a smaller miss distance. Numerical simulations verify the effectiveness of the proposed guidance law.
