Trade fair is an exhibition of products, services etc to facilitate business among the traders, customers and visitors. But it is sometimes impossible to obtain the best deal or even might skip the attractive offer in the trade fair. Due to mismanagement and mass gathering, any bad incident occurring in the fair will cause huge loss and damage or even can cost live of many people. Children getting lost in the fair are another common occurrence. The study done in this paper mainly considers these problems and focuses on: i) automated free advertisement for the traders, ii) alerting visitors if an emergency occurs and iii) facilitating group of visitors to track each other. It requires LTE enabled smart phones supporting device to device transmission in close proximity. Traders can promote their special products from their stalls to the nearby visitors without even calling, telling or advertising without expenditures. Whenever visitors are in close proximity of a stall, the automated advertisement will appear on their smart phones through the d2d communication and visitors can view the detail about the product or visit the stall. In case of emergency situation in the fair place, the fair authority will transmit emergency signal informing people in the fair and provide proper management. Visitors of all zones can be evacuated safely using correct plan and map provided to their devices. Besides whenever a person is lost, someone other can send message to his device if the person is in the range of his device using the d2d communication again.
