Employing the metals and metal oxides, nano scaled cell system consisting of double layered photovoltaic devices in the solar cell was presented in this paper. The purpose of this research is to find an example of a metamaterial in which the surface plasmon polariton will occur when a beam of light is entered at a certain angle, through manual calculation and the use of computer programs. With the use of various metamaterials, surface plasmon polariton was created and the incident angle and the effective index were found.
