摘要

In order to realize the automatic detection and classification of ceramic tile flatness on line, this paper proposes design of ceramic tile flatness on-line detection system based on capacitance sensor. The principle of work and the related main circuit are analyzed, nonlinear compensation of capacitance sensor is designed, and the actual state and national testing standard for ceramic tile production line, the effective system calibration method is proposed. The experimental results show that the detection system is efficient, stable and reliable. The detection accuracy can reach 0.08mm, the system's repeated detection accuracy is high, and the detection results credibility is better than 96%. At the same time, the whole system can be easily integrated with other equipment, which is suitable for the quality control of the current ceramic tile production process.
