Assessment of Relationship Management using ODS (Online Database System) at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs with the Community Based on COBIT 5

Relationship management is needed to increase trust and commitment among business partners. The higher the level of trust and commitment of business partners, the central coordination with business patners will be easier. The main objective of this research is to study the importance of relationship management on ODS (Online Database System) at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs with the Community. Research focuses on the process APO08 (Manage Relationship) Based on COBIT 5. To asses the Relationship Management, this research used Process Assessment Model (PAM). And the measurement scale that is used are Likert Scale and Rating Scale. In conclusion, that the trust and commitment of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs and the community in the development of relations. Organizational culture is also one of the practices that support a successful relationship management and leads to the outcomes of relationships of equality, satisfaction and performance. To obtain the goals of the relationship of equality, satisfaction and performance, the Data Division is recommended to complement the documentation of each activity contained in each process in accordance with COBIT 5 guidelines as a solution to the problems found in the relationship management Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs with the Community.
