According to the actual situation, the 137MHz-138MHz frequency band used for downlink of LEO satellite mobile communication service has complex environment. It is required to negotiate with other asynchronous satellites when use the frequency band. This paper combines the actual spectrum monitoring data of Xiamen Dadeng station with the multiple linear regression model to predict the spectrum occupancy. The multiple linear regression prediction model can not only complete the missing data of Xiamen Dadeng station daily monitoring, but also explore the law of LEO satellite occupying the frequency band for satellite mobile communication services. The experimental results show that LEO satellites mainly support satellite mobile communication services in low-traffic time such as late at night or early in the morning, which is staggered with the periods mainly covered by synchronous satellites.
