摘要

The theory of virtual instrument technology and artificial neural network are combined in this paper, The fuel pressure wave in the high pressure oil pipe is measured by the series connection type pressure sensor, The characteristics of fuel pressure fluctuation in high pressure fuel pipe of diesel engine are analyzed after extracting the fault feature, The typical faults of the fuel injector are simulated on the 4135 diesel engine. Experiments show that the combination of virtual instrument and artificial neural network can realize non disintegration diagnosis of injector.
