摘要

Modern surface acoustic wave-based gyros might be divided into two groups: longitudinal and transverse ones. Each has its own specific in the process of its FEM-modeling. This paper presents a new way to perform a multiphysical simulation of gyros from both groups. First results with both Coriolis and piezoelectric effects taken into account are being presented.
