Fabrication of plasmonic color filter by freestanding Metal-Insulator-Metal gratings for MEMS tunable filter

摘要

This paper reports on a plasmonic color filter by freestanding metal-insulator-metal (MIM) subwavelength gratings. Fabricated MIM gratings were demonstrated transmissive multispectral color filters based on surface plasmons by changing the period of the grating.
