摘要

Fabrication and characterization of multilayered screenprinted P(VDF-TrFE) piezoelectric microgenerators is reported. Micrometer-sized films were deposited on a flexible polymer substrate with evaporated gold-bottom electrodes, followed by deposition of PEDOT:PSS electrodes. Electrical characterization showed excellent ferroelectric properties and open-circuit voltage was measured as a function of applied strain. Generated energy is calculated and discussed in terms of energy harvesting applications. Maximum open-circuit voltage of 10 V and corresponding energy density of 275 µJ/cm are achieved.
