Research on Comprehensive Assessment of Producing Approaches of Bio-fuels Based on Improved AHP

In this paper, based on the improved 9/9-9/1 scale method, the comprehensive AHP assessment model was established, which contains the assessment target layer, criterion layer, indicators layer, project layer, and 17 indicators. It was used to evaluate the 9 producing approaches which are considered relatively as potential methods. The results show that: the 6 indices such as production technology maturity, influence on the ecosystem, unit production cost, product quality, energy demand, and the total amount of the acceptable investment have the larger weight, and the biodiesel from waste cooking oil has the highest comprehensive score 73.7685. The results can provide reliable theoretical support and powerful reference for the relevant departments in making industry development planning and selecting reasonable production way.
