Catering Service of High-speed Railway (CSHR) is a part of railway passenger service. In China, with the development of high-speed rail lines, the rail authorities pay attention to the catering service of cold chain, which starts at suppliers, includes distribution centers and railway stations, and ends at refrigerators in high-speed trains. Selecting alternative railway stations for food delivery is a preparation step to design a distribution system for CSHR. The stations, as a link-up between suppliers and highspeed trains, are intimately related to rapid distribution of food. The aim of this paper is to propose an approach for Service Station Selection Problem for Catering Service of High Speed Railway (SSSP-CSHR) in basis of the Two-phrase Fuzzy Quality Function Deployment (F-QFD). This paper focuses on the issues of deploying the method to improve practical service and passenger satisfaction. A case study is done based on a real application on high-speed rail network of China.
