摘要

SiO nanoparticles as platform for delivery of 3'-triazole analogues of AZT-triphosphate into cells were proposed. The results confirmed the successfulness of the Huisgen's 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction for the preparation of the SiO~dNTP nanocomposites. It was shown that polymerase can recognize nucleoside triphosphates in the proposed nanobiocomposites and incorporate them into the growing DNA chain. The proposed SiO~dNTP nanocomposites were demonstrated to penetrate into eukaryotic cells. The tentative results indicate that these nanocomposites at low concentrations can inhibit the reproduction of POX and Herpes viruses. This makes it possible to use the nanobiocomposites bearing nucleoside triphosphate analogues as promising therapeutic drugs.
