Introduce a hardware design and implementation of blood analyzer control system based on the fluid flow aperture device. Control system use 32-bit RISC processors S3C2410A as the core of the electrical system, including driver board, actuators and sensors, input/output devices, etc. The design of special subdivided driving circuit according to the characteristics of the stepping motor ensure the accuracy of the motor, improve the machine performance. At the same time, the control system has designed a unique signal amplifier circuit according to the problems of blood cells in weak signal and complex interference source. It has effectively restrained various disturbance and has ensured accuracy and repeatability of testing results of instrument. It has also provided products of good quality and reasonable price for the domestic numerous small and medium-sized hospitals, and promoted construction of the grassroots township hospitals.
