摘要

Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) is used to evaluate the vasculature properties of tissues. The resolution of DCE-MRI is limited since the imaging is required to be rapid in order to achieve a reasonable temporal resolution. This limits the accuracy of quantitative analysis of DCE-MRI, in particular, voxel-wise analysis. In this paper, we propose an upsampling technique that uses high-resolution post-Gadolinium T1-weighted image to guide interpolation of DCE-MRI to a higher resolution. Experimental results conducted on brain DCE-MRI of patients with brain tumors show the superiority of the method in comparison with standard interpolation techniques.
