Based on the working condition of a certain heavy truck turning right, the security pre-warning for pedestrians and other low-speed objects is chosen as the research object. Firstly, the vehicle dynamics model of twodegrees- of-freedom is established, the vehicle-related parameters under different load conditions are selected, according to the vehicle trajectory, the no-load condition is determined as the pre-warning track. The blind spot position information of pillar A and rear-view mirror, and the time information containing the vehicle speed are as the identifying characteristics, and then the normalization process is applied to them. 30 samples are selected based on orthogonal test methods, the fuzzy self-clustering theory is used to obtain the pre-warning standard model, the optional near principle is applied to identify the danger level of the samples to be detected, then the blind spot pre-warning is realized. At last, the simulation tests have validated the effectiveness of the pre-warning method.
