The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between interpersonal disturbances and family rearing styles among college students. The questionnaire survey method was used in the paper to explore interpersonal disturbances. The influence factors of 450 college students were carried out by software SPSS21.0. The results show that: 1. The overall level of interpersonal communication of college students is not high, and nearly half of them suffer from interpersonal disturbances when interacting with others. 2. In the aspect of communication and intercourse with the opposite sex, the degree of interpersonal disturbance is lower than that of college students who are not in love. 3. Parents give more care and control to the only child than non-only children. 4. There is a dose correlation between the interpersonal disturbances of college students and the family rearing styles. The more proactive family rearing styles of college students were, the lower the level of the corresponding interpersonal disturbances would be, and the higher the level of interpersonal communication would be. On the other hand, if the family rearing styles of college students became more negative, more interpersonal disturbances would appear.
