Value-driven decision-making while choosing outsourcers in the projects of municipal water supply systems reconstruction

The paper is devoted to increase the effectiveness of decision-making in outsourcers involvement in projects of municipal water supply systems reconstruction. The functional models of decision-making processes are developed. On the basis of verbal analysis method ZAPROS the model for alternative outsourcers multi criteria ranging is presented.
