摘要

After the accident of dangerous goods transport, optimizing the evacuation of traffic flow in the disaster area road network plays an important role in reducing the human and social harm and saving aid time. For the emergency rescue posses the characteristic of a time window, so the model of the dynamic traffic flow assignment can be used in the evacuation process. The objective of the model of the evacuation process is minimizing the total time. It establishes a dynamic network model of the emergency evacuation. Then, the ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm will avoid entry into local optimum too early, speeding up the convergence to the global optimal solution. Finally, through the example it verifies the effciency of the model and the algorithm fairly well.
