EXPERIENCE AND OPPORTUNITIES OF THE COOPERATION BETWEEN COMPANIES OF SPACE-ROCKET INDUSTRY OF UKRAINE AND FOREIGN SPACE UNIVERSITIES

Yuzhnoye State Design Office is a key company of Ukraine's aerospace industry which creates launch vehicles, spacecrafts, rocket engines and other advanced technology. To maintain and develop further high scientific and technical potential of aerospace industry of Ukraine it is essentially important to create such engineering and research personnel education system which would provide continuous supply of talented young people to aerospace research centers and industrial companies. New conception for this problem resolving consists in joining of schools', universities', research institutes' and industry companies' efforts to early discover the ablest pupils and involve them in system of specialists training for aerospace industry in accordance with continuous educational scheme: school - university -company. An essential element of this system is cooperation of industry companies and universities in the sphere of scientific studies and specialists training. The experience and results of their work are examined in the paper. Promising line to improve the specialists training quality is the extension of Yuzhnoye's collaboration with European, Russian and Ukrainian universities with work of European Union program Tempus. Yuzhnoye SDO participates in Tempus program as a customer and expert in the development of study programs, shares its experience in the sphere of scientific and innovation activity with the universities. On the basis of up-to-date space technologies universities have introduced new study programs on microsatellites design; have organized and equipped new study laboratories and computer classrooms. New general approaches to development and standardization of system of aerospace education, graduates training and employment have been developed. One of the areas of cooperation already brought into practice is launching of satellites designed by students atop the Yuzhnoye-built rockets. As a result of synergetic effect, cooperation between universities and industrial companies boosts scientific and technical potential of both sides and, undoubtedly, promotes to improving of engineering and scientific personnel training, and provides high scientific level of aerospace technology design.
