With the increasing popularity of online social network, the web data has become larger and more complex. Nowadays, it has become an important issue in academia and industry to understand in-deep basic information of individual and group, mine social psychology and behavior pattern. Besides, it is crucial to offer specific, comprehensive, decision-making support, assist to solve practical social problems. In addition, it is quite important for prediction market and population statistics by inferring the user's age distribution with user's attribute. In this paper, we construct a Sina Weibo data set to infer user's age distribution. We construct training set, corpus, test set, and provide several kinds of algorithms to infer user's age distribution with data set. By compared experiments, this paper offers a most effective algorithm to infer user's age distribution.
