Safety Evaluation of Personal Injury and Death in Lifting Operation Based on Accident Tree Analysis

In order to analyze and evaluate safety of hoisting operation system, we need to analyze the reason of accident inducing mechanism, to find the influence factors of deep layers until subdivide the basic event. Through determining the logical relationship between each other, a lifting heavy fall accident tree is established. On the basis of the analysis of the minimum cut set, the Delphi method is used to give empirical estimation of the occurrence probability of these basic events, and then determine the influencing factors of the top event. On this basis, the contribution of the basic events to the top events is revealed through the sensitivity analysis. The research results show that we can control people's accidents from the aspects of human unsafe behavior, insecurity of somethings, management defects and safety technical countermeasures.
