In this work, we analyze the performance of decode-and-forward (DF) based dual hop free space optical (FSO) network utilizing M-ary differential phase shift keying (DPSK) signals under the combined impact of K-distributed atmospheric turbulence and misalignment error (ME). For the considered differential dual-hop FSO network, we derive the closed form expression for the average symbol error rate (SER) and outage probability (OP). We also perform the asymptotic outage analysis in order to obtain the diversity order analytically. Further, we also investigate the effect of different power allocation schemes on SER and OP by utilizing power distribution parameter. The simulation results validate all the derived analytical results.
