CLIMATE CHANGE TRENDS AND ASSOCIATED ENVIRONMENT IMPACT IN UDAIPUR BASIN OF RAJASTHAN, INDIA

摘要

The present study is focused on the environmental impacts of changing climatic variables of Udaipur basin. Rapid growth of population, increased urbanization, massive deforestation, unplanned mining activities, over exploitation of underground water, encroachment of river beds etc have resulted in marked deterioration of the environment in the basin.
