A new approach to solve input-to-state stability (ISS) problems of a class of switched systems with multiple time-delays is presented based on average dwell time in the paper. Based on this method a class of switched systems with multiple time-delays are input-to-state stability. Compared with existing approach, conditions that constructing ISS control Lyapunov function and (or) all ISS subsystems are not needed. It's great convenient for the design of subsystem's controller by using any methods. Results of numerical simulation are provided to support the proposed method in the paper.
