Major Bridge Structure in The World Trade Center

The reconstruction of the World Trade Center complex in New York City includes theconstruction of a unique underground bridge structure. This bridge supports two subway tracksand Cortlandt Street Station to span over the PATH Transit Hall, and also the newlyreconstructed Greenwich Street through the heart of the WTC site. The primary trusses of thebridge structure are completely composed of heavy welded construction, both shop weldedfabrication and field welded assembly.
