The Measurement Standard of the Luminous Flux for Metrological Traceability of Measurements of LED Lamps

This paper describes the problems associated with the metrological traceability of LED sources. The measurement standard of luminous flux developed in NSC "Institute of Metrology" and methods for solving the issues of metrological traceability of LED sources are described. The method of experimental investigation of the actinic coefficient of integrating sphere photometer, the method of measuring the luminous flux and the prototype of a standard lamp for LED sources being developed are presented.
