A patent-pending device designed as a round robin test device for inter-laboratory comparisons (ILCs) between EMC testing laboratories in the field of harmonic emissions is described. Its advanced features in generating and monitoring current harmonics are explained. And, its adaptivity to the mains frequency is analyzed in this paper.
