A non-overlapping domain decomposition method based on augmented Lagrangian with a penalty term was introduced in the previous works by the authors, which is a variant of the FETI-DP method. In this paper we present a further study focusing on the case of small penalty parameters in terms of condition number estimate and practical efficiency.
