摘要

This paper first introduced a high power density series hybrid power system based on microturbine and Li-ion batteries. During the development of the system, multiple control units such as the rectifier, inverter, and ECU need to be tested and the test process is very complicated and costly. This paper proposes a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation platform to eliminate risks and costs related to the testing and validation of the system components. The test target of the ECU is mainly concerned with the function realization of the system operation mode switching. In this paper, the system is modeled appropriately by means of dSPACE, Simulink, and Stateflow, and the simulations are performed according to the specific working condition or test cycle.
