摘要

In this paper the cascade structure of axially magnetized Vernier permanent-magnet machine is proposed and discussed. The 2-D equivalent model is applied to simplify the optimization process. It is found that in cascade topology, the effect of pole ratio on output torque has different regularity when the end turn length is considered. The torque density of proposed structure can achieve 7.3kNm/m3 when the end turn length is considered.
