In this article, the grounding reactor and the adjustable reactor are designed as a zero-sequence reactance integrated device. The ice-smelting zero-sequence current loop is formed by the lightning conductor. During the ice-melting, the wire is melted by the Joule heat generated by the zero-sequence current, which can be continuously and infinitely adjusted The impedance of the adjustable reactor realizes the continuous adjustment of the ice melting current, thereby achieving the continuous controllable ice melting time. At the same time, the voltage on the load side is not affected during the ice melting, so that the ice can be melted without power failure, which greatly reduces the economic loss caused by the power failure during the existing ice melting.
