Situated cooperative work in engineering How to combine predictable and repeatable behaviors with creativity and agility

In this paper we discuss the priorities to take into account during deployment of a collaborative situated system in the field of engineering. Following an explanation of the problem, we briefly describe the approaches used before presenting our approach and its application on a concrete situation.
