摘要

This work presents the application of Model Based Design (MBD) to optimization of ultrasonic transducer performance using different types of piezoelectric materials, including advanced piezoelectric single crystals PMN-PT and PIN-PMN-PT. The latest trends in MBD were applied for designing and fabrication of different types of transducers — from wideband ultrasonic transducer for bone characterization to 1–3 composite transducers for underwater acoustics.
