The Application of Maintenance Management Systems in Scheduled Maintenance of Maglev Vehicles

A maintenance management system is designed and developed to accommodate maglev system's maintenance management in the preliminary stage of construction of the Shanghai Maglev Demonstration Line. With preparations for implementation of the system before the first maglev train is implemented, the commissioning and maintenance of maglev trains is supported during the period of construction. At present, the maintenance management system has been is fully used for decades to achieve remarkable results in the maintenance management and material management. This paper introduces diagnosis interface, scheduled maintenance, work order management and performance evaluation in the entire process of scheduled maintenance of maglev trains in order to conduct the key analysis of the system's application in scheduled maintenance management.
