This paper proposes an accurate current scaling circuit which is suitable for OLED or LED microdisplay driving circuit. By adding extra compensated transistor and bias circuit, current mirror transistors' drain-source voltage (VDS) are almost equal when the new current scaling circuit copy the current to pixel circuit. Simulation results show the deviation error of current scaling ratio in proposed circuit ranges from -0.067% to 0.008% while the deviation error ranges from -9.11% to -1.11% in conventional current-mirror circuit. More accurate current scaling ratio will be benefits for improving the uniformity of the microdisplay's luminance.
