On behalf of the Technical Program Committee, welcome to the 13th IEEE/ACIS International Conference on Computer and Information Science (ICIS 2014), sponsored by IEEE and the International Association for Computers and Information Science (ACIS). This conference allows both researchers and practitioners to present and share their on-going ideas, experiences, and research results about all aspects of computer and information science.
