This paper describes the extension of a previous work in the development of a surrogate model to find optimal grid generation parameters for a CFD model of the anti-ice protection system D-bay enclosure. The range of operational conditions (temperature and mass flow) was extended and a robust optimal choice of grid generation parameters was obtained. An initial sensitivity study was conducted to show how well a variation on the piccolo tube is captured for the same set of parameters. The results also show that parameters found are robust.
