摘要

This paper briefs the characteristics of variable air volume (VAV) air-conditioning system. Because it consumes the most energy in all energy consumption system. And the VAV air-conditioning system has many features such as many variables, big lag and nonlinear. The system uses the conventional control algorithm to cause many problems, for example slow response and low precision. So starting from the major direction of the intelligent control theory, we discuss the control methods optimization of the VAV air-conditioning system, for example the distributed control and the neural network control. Control system based on fuzzy predictive PID algorithm is simulated through the MATLAB software. The result shows that the designed controller has obvious advantages, and compared with the traditional PID control, its control effect is much better.
