The measurement control procedures and the digital multimeter measurement methods were designed separately in automatic testing of digital multimeter automatic test system. The data in the database was obtained by DataGrid control of .NET software development platform. The expansion of the digital multimeter functions was realized through control attributes settings and programming of the triggering query data events. The application has proved the flexibility, reliablity and expansibility of automatic testing system.
