摘要

With the development of the opening laboratory in university, it is desirable to design a more scientific and user-friendly management system for personnel identification and intelligent management in laboratory. Herein, we report that a personnel identification and intelligent management system for opening laboratory was designed based on various sensors including fingerprint sensor, charged-coupled device, infrared photoelectric sensors, ultrasonic sensors to achieve monitoring personnel access, fingerprint recognition, face recognition and other sensors. While taking advantage of Foxtable data management software to develop an information management software, it can record, query and print the information of the laboratory and generate the attendance records, equipment use records and other records. The system has been put into service in College of Instrumentation & Electrical Engineering laboratory of Jilin University, which can assist the teachers in managing the laboratory more simply and efficiently. Also, the system has good portability, which is not only for laboratory management in universities, but also for the administration of warehouse, company and other workplaces.
