摘要

As an analysis case study on actual operation of third-party logistics enterprise of department stores in Taiwan, the questionnaire survey of this paper combined with relevant theory and research foundation, and proposes a methodology for conducting a customer-based competitive analysis. The logistics distribution service through competitive position evaluation analysis, confirm the superiority of this method, the conducive to evaluate service competitive position and enhance competitiveness.
